HOW TO PARTICIPATE

FOR UNIVERSITIES OR DIRECT ENROLLMENT

GENERAL INFORMATION

Any individual or group over the age of 18 can enroll to The Future School  programs—Masterclasses, Workshops, Cultural Study Tours, and Service Learning Programs.  Individuals or groups under the age of 18 applying must provide parental agreement.

Students, Individuals, and groups interested in participating in any of our programs can submit the Application Form published on each Program’s page or in the DETAILS link below and by the corresponding program title and references.

Check each Adventure Page or below in the summary table to see if the program is open. If you are interested in an upcoming program not yet posted or have a group interested in us organizing one, please write to us at

For students seeking university credit for participation in Summer Study Abroad Programs, the process may change depending if their university is associated with us or with one of our associated universities.

Individuals not seeking university credit, can apply and acceptance will be based on each program’s requirements and availability.

Upon receiving an application, staff will respond in 2-5 work days. Upon acceptance, you will be sent a contract with details of your participation and an orientation folder with pre-departure material. Staff will be available to answer questions via email or phone within either the US, Prague or Chile at designated times within each country. TFS uses WhatsApp, Skype, and Facetime for non-local connections.

Upon successful completion of any program, participants receive a Certificate of Completion.

STUDENTS FROM ASSOCIATED UNIVERSITIES

Students affiliated to an University, High School or other Organizations, in current association with The Future School, must apply directly to heir own study abroad  platforms or offices, following local guidelines and process, as fulfilling requirements, ie. pre-requisite courses, tuition, and attending any Study Abroad Orientation events provided by their the local institution.

STUDENTS FROM NON-ASSOCIATED UNIVERSITIES

Students affiliated to Universities or another institution whitout association with The Future School, can apply or submit the inquiry forms directly through our website on each program’s page. Or, if is possible

In order to grant credits, applicants must inquire with their home institution, requirements for an homologation process. It is the student’s responsibility to go through that process if credits are needed and must present to The Future School a confirmation from their home institution that the student will receive credit or sign up as a free-participant who does not require credit, and understanding that TFS will only provide a Certificate of Completion.

Early requests allow individuals, students, or groups to facilitate their participation. This is beneficial for securing space in a program with limited spaces. Individuals can plan ahead and access potential benefits such as grants or scholarships.
